Entering the multi-family
industry scene in 2002, Samuelson Development, LLC specializes in
owning and operating Class A apartment complexes. We proudly own
and manage a portfolio of nine multi-housing projects in Sioux
Falls and Rapid City, South Dakota. Our most recent endeavor is
Spring Creek Luxury Living located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
which will open summer of 2018. Our accumulative amount of units
owned is 1,167 in South Dakota with 816 units in Sioux Falls and
351 units in Rapid City.
We understand that our success comes from not only being a part of the community but a leader in the community and that is why we belong to the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association. In 2004 and 2011 Samuelson Development, LLC was honored with the distinction of “Management Company of the Year”. We have been recognized and voted “The Local Best” since 2011.
