|Recommended: YesThe leasing manager Trisha and the rest of the Tallgrass Apartments staff are very professional and extremely welcoming After looking at several apartment complexes here in Rapid City, I knew once I walked into their leasing office I wanted to call this place home. The maintenance staff here is on top of it and work what seams 24 7 to keep this place clean and the best view of downtown is visible right here either from the pool or from the dog park, which my dog loves I do not plan on moving anywhere else any time soon and I hope this review helps anyone considering moving here

|Recommended: YesThese apartments are by far the best ones in Rapid City You get what you pay for — It's a 5 out of 5 rating. An upscale apartment set up and very modern layout stainless steel appliances and they are pet friendly . They have an underground heated garage too. What I like the most is their gym. It is immaculate and they have more equipments than I expected. You will not need an outside gym membership. They have a STAIRMASTER and a tea maker in the community area, just in case you get thirsty and want to drink something else besides water. The chai tea is the best And yes, there is a water fountain in the gym area. The location is great. Walmart is about 5 mins drive, so is Target, Ross, Bed Bath and Beyond and the Mall
|Recommended: YesGreat — I’m only 18, but the landlords are very helpful and insightful, my neighbors are extremely nice, all my friends and family have complemented my place. It’s still under construction at the moment so parking isn’t the best and the landscaping isn’t quite done but it’s going to look great trust me.
